As a company, you should be ashamed of your shady return policies.
Conveniently for you, your website pretends as if the item has recently been discounted, thus decreasing the amount refunded. Meanwhile if I went to buy it again, it is still full price. Future brides, don’t shop here.

We are very confused about what you're referencing regarding discounting. That is not accurate as we do not discount items on our site unless they are part of our final sale section (or if you are offered a coupon code). It looks like you're referencing the return label fee being subtracted from your store credit. As always, we are here to help and would be happy to help further here.
