Our Policy

We offer a 14 day return policy from the date you receive your order. If you wish to return your order, please contact our customer service team, within that time, who will be more happy to help. Please note if 14 days have passed, we will not able to offer any returns.

Returned items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and in the original condition it was sent out in with their tags still attached. Returns will be rejected for any items arriving back with obvious signs of wear, wash, alterations or missing tags

Which items are not returnable?

Sale or Discounted Items are Final Sale.

Custom made items such as some of our dresses, gloves and veils. Each product will have more information in the description explaining if its a custom made product and its return policy.

Jewellery items such as earrings are not returnable due to hygiene reasons. 

This does not affect your statutory rights.
